Descripción meta: Como gerente de primera línea, tendrá responsabilidades operativas para 25-30 empleados que brindan soporte de asistente ejecutivo a ejecutivos de IBM con sede en América del Norte y Costa Rica.

Requisitos:

Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia laboral en roles de liderazgo (líder de equipo, gerente de proyectos, gerente de personas, etc.)
Las habilidades organizativas, multitarea y de toma de decisiones son esenciales
Capaz de motivar y entrenar a nuevos empleados
